Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 6-10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Lorvex is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at trylorvex@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, depending on stock availability and warehouse location.
